Las condiciones bajo las que puedes usar PayTrack y qué hacemos exactamente con los datos que entran en la app: los tuyos y los de tus clientes. Escrito para leerse, no para asustar.
Terms & Privacy
The conditions under which you may use PayTrack, and exactly what we do with the data that goes into the app — yours and your clients'. Written to be read, not to scare.

- No vendemos tus datos. Ni los tuyos ni los de tus clientes, a nadie.
- No te rastreamos. Sin publicidad y sin analítica de terceros.
- Los datos son tuyos. Puedes exportarlos o borrarlos cuando quieras.
- No vemos tu tarjeta. El cobro lo hace la tienda de apps.
Términos y condiciones de uso
Léelos antes de usar la aplicación móvil PayTrack (el «Servicio»). Al descargarla o usarla, aceptas lo que hay aquí.
1 · Aceptación de los términos
Al descargar, acceder o utilizar la aplicación PayTrack, aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte, no podrás acceder al Servicio.
2 · Descripción del servicio
PayTrack es una herramienta de gestión diseñada para ayudar a pequeños negocios, gimnasios, academias y profesionales independientes a administrar sus carteras de clientes y a hacer seguimiento de pagos, deudas y suscripciones.
3 · Cuentas de usuario
- Registro. Para utilizar ciertas funciones debes registrarte y crear una cuenta con información veraz, precisa y completa.
- Seguridad. Eres responsable de salvaguardar la contraseña con la que accedes al Servicio y de cualquier actividad realizada bajo ella.
- Acceso. Nos reservamos el derecho de inhabilitar tu cuenta si determinamos que has violado estos Términos.
Puedes borrarla tú mismo desde Ajustes → Cuenta en la app. Si prefieres que lo hagamos nosotros, en Eliminar cuenta está el procedimiento completo y qué se borra exactamente.
4 · Suscripciones y pagos
PayTrack ofrece una versión básica gratuita y planes de suscripción «Premium» o «Pro» que desbloquean funcionalidades avanzadas.
- Facturación. Los pagos se procesan a través de la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente (Google Play Store o Apple App Store).
- Cancelación. Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde la configuración de tu cuenta en esa misma tienda.
5 · Datos y privacidad
- Tus datos. Toda la información de tus clientes que ingreses en la aplicación es de tu propiedad.
- Copias de seguridad. Aunque nos esforzamos por proteger tus datos con funciones de respaldo, te recomendamos mantener tus propios registros.
- Uso de datos. No vendemos tus datos personales a terceros. El detalle completo está en la Parte 2.
6 · Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio y su contenido original, características y funcionalidad son y seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de PayTrack y sus licenciantes.
7 · Limitación de responsabilidad
PayTrack no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de:
- Tu acceso o uso, o tu incapacidad de acceder o usar el Servicio.
- Cualquier conducta o contenido de terceros dentro del Servicio.
- Acceso no autorizado, uso o alteración de tus transmisiones o contenido.
8 · Enlaces a servicios de terceros
El Servicio puede contener enlaces a sitios o servicios de terceros —WhatsApp, por ejemplo— que no son propiedad de PayTrack ni están bajo su control. Lo que ocurra dentro de ellos se rige por sus propias condiciones.
9 · Cambios en los términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Si la revisión es material, intentaremos avisar con al menos 30 días de antelación.
Política de privacidad
Qué datos tratamos, para qué, dónde viven y qué control tienes sobre ellos.
No vendemos tus datos, no mostramos publicidad, no te rastreamos y no usamos herramientas de analítica de terceros. Los datos que introduces son tuyos y se usan únicamente para que la app funcione.
1 · Quién es el responsable
El responsable del tratamiento es PayTrack, el equipo que desarrolla y mantiene la aplicación. Para cualquier asunto relacionado con tus datos —acceso, corrección, exportación o eliminación— escribe a pedroperezmelo@outlook.com.

Lo que no hacemos
- No recopilamos tu ubicación, ni tus contactos, ni tus fotos, ni identificadores publicitarios.
- No usamos analítica, seguimiento de comportamiento ni informes de errores de terceros.
- No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos, ni los de tus clientes, a nadie.
- No mostramos publicidad.
3 · Los datos de tus clientes
Esto es importante y conviene que quede claro. Cuando registras a un cliente en PayTrack, estás introduciendo datos personales de otra persona. En esa relación:
- Tú decides qué datos recoges de tus clientes y para qué los usas. Eres el responsable de esa información frente a ellos y frente a la ley de tu país.
- Nosotros solo la almacenamos por encargo tuyo, para que la app funcione. No la consultamos, no la analizamos y no la usamos para ningún otro fin.
Si la normativa de tu país lo exige (por ejemplo el RGPD en Europa), asegúrate de tener una base legítima para tratar los datos de tus clientes y de informarles de que usas una herramienta como esta.
4 · Con quién se comparten
Solo con los proveedores imprescindibles para que la app funcione:
- Nuestro proveedor de infraestructura en la nube — alojamiento de la base de datos, autenticación y copias de seguridad. Trata los datos por encargo nuestro y solo para operar el servicio.
- Google — únicamente si eliges iniciar sesión con tu cuenta de Google, para verificar tu identidad.
- Apple y Google Play — para procesar y validar las suscripciones. El pago lo gestiona la tienda; nosotros nunca vemos ni almacenamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
Cuando envías un recibo por WhatsApp, la app abre WhatsApp con el mensaje preparado. A partir de ese momento el envío se rige por las condiciones de WhatsApp, no por las nuestras.
5 · Seguridad y conservación
Las comunicaciones con el servidor van cifradas (HTTPS). El acceso a los datos está restringido por cuenta: cada usuario solo puede leer y escribir lo suyo.
Conservamos tus datos mientras tengas la cuenta activa. Si la eliminas, se borran junto con tus copias de seguridad.
6 · Tus derechos
Puedes acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, exportarlos o eliminarlos en cualquier momento. Casi todo lo puedes hacer tú desde la propia app:
- Acceder y corregir: desde las pantallas de clientes y ajustes.
- Exportar: la app permite exportar tu información a PDF y CSV.
- Eliminar la cuenta: en Ajustes → Cuenta. Borra tu perfil, tus datos y tus copias de seguridad de forma permanente.

7 · Menores
PayTrack es una herramienta de gestión para negocios y no está dirigida a menores de edad. No recogemos datos de menores de forma consciente.
8 · Cambios en esta política
Si esta política cambia, actualizaremos la fecha del encabezado y, si el cambio es relevante, te avisaremos dentro de la app.

Terms and conditions of use
Please read them before using the PayTrack mobile app (the "Service"). By downloading or using it, you accept what follows.
1 · Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, accessing or using the PayTrack app you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not access the Service.
2 · Description of the service
PayTrack is a management tool built to help small businesses, gyms, academies and independent professionals manage their client base and keep track of payments, debts and subscriptions.
3 · User accounts
- Registration. To use certain features you must register and create an account with truthful, accurate and complete information.
- Security. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activity under it.
- Access. We reserve the right to disable your account if we determine that you have breached these Terms.
You can delete it yourself from Settings → Account in the app. If you'd rather we did it, the account deletion page explains the full procedure and exactly what gets erased.
4 · Subscriptions and payments
PayTrack offers a free basic version and "Premium" or "Pro" subscription plans that unlock advanced features.
- Billing. Payments are processed through the corresponding app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
- Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in that same store.
5 · Data and privacy
- Your data. All the client information you enter into the app belongs to you.
- Backups. Although we work to protect your data with backup features, we recommend keeping your own records.
- Use of data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. The full detail is in Part 2.
6 · Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PayTrack and its licensors.
7 · Limitation of liability
PayTrack will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
- Any conduct or content of third parties within the Service.
- Unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8 · Links to third-party services
The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services — WhatsApp, for instance — that are neither owned nor controlled by PayTrack. Whatever happens inside them is governed by their own terms.
9 · Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice.
Privacy policy
What data we handle, why, where it lives and what control you have over it.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, we don't track you, and we don't use third-party analytics. The data you enter is yours and is used only to make the app work.

What we don't do
- We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.
- We don't use analytics, behavioural tracking or third-party crash reporting.
- We don't sell or share your data, or your clients' data, with anyone.
- We don't show ads.
3 · Your clients' data
This matters and is worth stating plainly. When you add a client to PayTrack, you are entering personal data about another person. In that relationship:
- You decide what data you collect about your clients and what you use it for. You are responsible for that information towards them and under the law of your country.
- We only store it on your behalf, so the app can work. We don't inspect it, analyse it, or use it for any other purpose.
If your local regulations require it (for example the GDPR in Europe), make sure you have a lawful basis for handling your clients' data and that you inform them you use a tool like this.
4 · Who we share it with
Only the providers strictly needed to run the app:
- Our cloud infrastructure provider — database hosting, authentication and backups. It processes the data on our behalf and only to run the service.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with your Google account, to verify your identity.
- Apple and Google Play — to process and validate subscriptions. Payment is handled by the store; we never see or store your card details.
When you send a receipt over WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with the message ready. From that point on, the delivery is governed by WhatsApp's terms, not ours.
5 · Security and retention
Communication with the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Access is restricted per account: each user can only read and write their own data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete it, your data and backups are deleted with it.
6 · Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Most of it you can do yourself from within the app:
- Access and correct: from the client and settings screens.
- Export: the app can export your information to PDF and CSV.
- Delete your account: in Settings → Account. This permanently removes your profile, your data and your backups.
If you'd rather we did it for you, get in touch and we'll take care of it.
7 · Children
PayTrack is a business management tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8 · Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we'll update the date above, and if the change is significant we'll let you know inside the app.
